Peeling machine

This machine is composed of peeling roller, fan, screening and sorting parts. It has simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, safety and reliability.

Working principle: Feeding cocoa bean evenly into the hopper, rolled and peeled by the take-off roller, and then dropped to the vibrating sieve to screen different particle sizes, and the peeled off skins of different sizes are sucked the skin by cyclone, the peeled cocoa bean kernels are discharged through the discharge port. All the cocoa peel and kernels can be separated by adjusting the fan and the size of the roller‘s gap.
